Primo, Inc. 15 Day Return Policy
* Prior approvals are required before any returns can be accepted. Only unopened and
unused items will be accepted for return. Once inspected, you will be credited for the
full amount less a 20% restocking fee and freight changes.
* Special orders will not be accepted for return and/or credit, all sales are final.
* Refused shipments without authorization will be treated as a return and will be
subject to a 20% restocking fee along with initial and return shipping costs.
* All discontinued items sales are final.
* Terms & policies are subject to change without prior notice.
* Allow 10-15 days from the time the returned items were received in our store for
processing of refund.
Order Requirements:
* Minimum order $ 100.00 per order.
* Free local delivery (20 miles radius).
* All orders must be signed by the buyer and include the company and contact
information.
Payment Terms
* All first order customers must pay on delivery.
* We accept Cash, Check, Money Orders, or Cashier’s Checks.
* Customers may be eligible for a thirty-day term payment upon Primo Packaging
Management’s approval. Must provide two credit references.
